My name is Leanne Ward and I know what it’s like to be busy and stressed out, utterly confused by all the health messages and feel like you fail every diet that you try.

7 years ago, I was that girl too. I couldn’t understand why as a health professional with so much knowledge, I still couldn’t get my weight, my gut or my cravings under control. I had no confidence, I dieted all week long and by the weekend, I simply had no willpower left to say no. On top of this, my gut symptoms were so bad that some days, I couldn’t even leave the house!

I stayed like this for far too long until one day I woke up and realised enough was enough. Life was passing me by and I was far from happy!

I took my health into my own hands and finally learnt to overcome my emotional eating, heal my damaged gut and find peace with food and my body. Today, I have complete control around food instead of letting food control me. I now coach women all over the world using my signature method to help them gain the confidence to take back control of their health.

What Makes me different

With multiple university degrees and over 10 years of specialised nutrition experience, I have dedicated my career to helping women bypass all the BS online and find success long term with their health. There aren’t many coaches out who can apply the latest scientific evidence in health and nutrition and translate that into holistic and sustainable behaviour change to fit your busy lifestyle and achieve success long term.

I know what it’s like to start off motivated, confident and assured that this will be the last time you ever need to do another diet. You’re doing great for a few days, maybe even a few weeks but eventually, your busy stressful life gets the better of you. You end up self sabotaging your diet once again. Soon enough, you start feeling guilty about how you’ve neglected your health and occasionally get random bursts of motivation to try something again, but sadly, it never lasts. Eventually you fail again. Don’t worry babe, I did this for years! You are not alone!

The truth is, I was never able to be successful with my health goals until I got support and maybe you are realising the same thing? When you have no willpower left at the end of the day, when you are frustrated and angry at yourself for failing again, perhaps you need someone else in your corner? Someone who’s been through exactly what you have? What makes me different, is that I truly know where you are coming from and have the qualifications and experience to help you overcome this once and for all.


Our first week working together is very collaborative. We will start off by getting to know each other, what’s worked, what hasn’t and why you NEED to change. We will set goals, expectations and I will ask your permission to hold you accountable to your highest self (this is where the magic truly happens).

After getting to know you, I will create a nutrition plan just for you based on the foods you love that will help you thrive, leave you feeling satisfied and minimise any gut symptoms. This plan will include my signature SOUL FOODS which will allow you to conquer your emotional eating once and for all. You will receive a new, targeted and personalised nutrition plan every 2 weeks.

Each week, you will have one on one private coaching sessions with me to support you in achieving your goals. Of course, you will have regular access to me outside of our calls so I can support you to systematically work through your health and gut issues to truly overcome them once and for all.


Step 1: Baseline lifestyle audit

Baseline of where your health and lifestyle is currently at and some targeted goal setting so I know exactly where you need to be in 12 weeks time (plus beyond). I create a targeted (but flexible) nutrition plan just for you and assist you to realign your mindset for nothing but success.

Step 2: Free yourself from emotional eating

I help you find the root cause of why you eat emotionally, for stress or boredom reasons. I help you discover your high sacrifice foods which allows you to remove all restriction from your eating habits by programming in your personal SOUL foods regularly. Cravings and a loss of control around food will no longer rule your life!

Step 3: Heal your gut holistically

I use targeted whole foods and increase specific fibre and fluids to improve your gut symptoms. Together we identify food triggers and learn to minimise the load of the triggers in your diet without cutting out entire food groups or restricting.

Step 4: Level up and LEAN out your life

Here I will hold you accountable to your highest self. I will coach you to manage your stress, gain confidence and quit self sabotaging your own progress. Dieting and falling off the wagon will be a thing of the past! Being LEAN will LAST!

Step 5: Maintaining the LEAN Gut Mind Method

This step focused on tying everything together so you can graduate from my services and stay LEAN for LIFE!

My OWN Journey
